Do I need a computer?
Yes, we run the bot on your pc, this is the only way we can automate messages on your behalf without your credentials.
You setup the bots once, configure the scheduler, and you are off to the races. As long as your computer is on and connected to the internet, the bots run.
Can I get suspended/banned?
In theory, yes. Yet, we haven't had a problem and we have been using the bots ourselves since 2021.
We have implemented all measures possible to prevent your from "accidentally" abusing the bots.
Are there any limits?
On OfferUp we get a soft warning after 30~50 outreaches, after which we pause the bot automatically until the next day.
On Facebook we run into much more lenient limits.
Your past account activity may play a role in your limits, and if you haven't had much activity, we recommend running the bot only for a couple hours and increase the runtime every couple of days.
Of course we are limited to the amount of new listings in your area. However, just because the bot will reach out less, it won't save you less time. Be consistent!
What if it doesn't work?
We actively maintain the bots, since we are heavy users ourselves. We run this on multiple accounts, accros hundreds of cities. So we will resolve any problems as fast as we can.
If you encounter a problem specific to your setup, we will remote in and diagnose the problem to provide a solution asap.
Do you keep improving the bots?
Yes, we keep finding new ways to automate more tedious tasks related to flipping on marketplaces, so we and our users can focus their time where it adds most to their bottom line.
If ideas have enough demand, we will add them, too.
